All fine really, apart from a pretty slow delivery service. 6 days to deliver within the UK is I bit excessive, as Ive had things shipped from Napal in less time.

Not only were your products competitively priced but were needed at short notice by me, Christine arranged 1 item locally for me to collect same day and sourced another item and organised next morning courier delivery. I FOUND THE SITE VERY EASY TO USE AND THE SERVICE 1ST CLASS. ONLY THING I WOULD HAVE LIKED WOULD BE PICTURES OF ITEMS AND FITTINGS, APART FROM THAT NO FURTHER ACTION NEEDED.
