Ordered a bathroom worktop on line. Was advised by email of progress and it was supplied locally and delivered by that firm. My Tub deliveried the seat when they said. They also sent me an email re the dimensions of the seat l had ordered as there are 2 seats which are similar, which was a nice touch. No complaints.
