The parts for my Ideal Standard lavatory were delivered as promised.
I was kept informed as the order progressed, so cannot fault your
delivery system.
The parts proved difficult to fit new hinges for a Space toilet seat
as Ideal Standard, in their wisdom, changed the seat design and although
my toilet was delivered well after the change, it was still the old model.
However, with a bit of cutting and fiddling, I got it to fit.
So I cant complain at all about MyTub, but am very unhappy with
Ideal Standard and wont be buying their products in future. The hinge should
never have failed in the first place

This is the second order I have placed with MyTub in a year and am completely satisfied with all aspects of the transactions. Goods were a good price and delivery was on the forecast date of 5 working days. Unfortunately I was out! but delivery was rearranged for 2 days later and goods arrived by 10:00 on that day.

A week to supply a cartridge, far to long. I bought another cartridge locally and fitted it as I missed the delivery in the morning. I wouldnt use them again to save £20

I cannot praise the service at MyTub highly enough. I was looking for an obsolete part for a Baxi fire and they were able to onfirm that they had one in stock.
Unfortunately there was a problem with the courier service, but when I contacted Customer Service at MyTub to enquire, Christine chased up the courier and I received the part 2 days later.
I would certainly use them again.
