Extremely pleased with the product which is good quality and just right for our needs in the bathroom. My Tub were very good at keeping us updated with when the product was being delivered just a pity there was a bit of a wait for it to be supplied. When it did come it was via a Plumb Store, Epsom lorry which is local to us!! despite ordering from MyTub in Tyne & Wear!!!!

Absolutely fantastic service, from ordering to delivery I really have nothing negative to say. I was kept up to date every step of the way via Email. It was ordered and delivered within a 3 day period and was delivered in suitable packaging. The delivery driver was pleasent and professional. Like I said I could not fault any part of my order. After trawling through their website, I eventually found what I ordered. I was instructed to E-mail them to obtain a delivery date. They responded that they no longer stocked that product. However, they offered a similar product. I placed my order. Jeannette and Christine were very helpful. My product was delivered after a few days but it was the wrong size. It took longer than the 3-5 working days advertised.
Both the plumber and tiler had begun working on the en-suite and we thought that we would have to wait a few days for the door but the assistant, Christine very quickly dealt with the issue, ordered the replacement, which arrived the next day. Ordered a bathroom cabinet panel on Monday. Received a phone call on Wednesday asking if it would be ok to deliver it that day, which it was. I received it early evening on Wednesday. All in all a first class service and would recommend to everyone.
