of customer service was very good. I thought we had a problem with my purchase, but Christine resolved that very quickly. the item I purchased was a top quality item at a very fair price with delivery included, excellent. I would recommend MY TUB unreservedly.

The van driver couldnt find our house, so the item ordered was left in Chesterton - a ten mile round trip away. Anyway, we got the item eventually, so problem solved, and were very happy with the goods!

Excellent customer service, exceeded expectations. Delay was caused by your supplier and then the item went missing in transit - however you were on the case before the estimated delivery date and kept me informed at every stage without prompting. My order was completed in good time, the website was easy to navigate and I was kept informed all the way through from order, dispatch and estimated delivery. My only comment would be that the items were just in a clear bag, and not boxed, which considering it contained some fairly delicate filters, this surprised me somewhat. But despite this, my order arrived safely. Very happy. Thanks.
