The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. I FOUND THE SITE VERY EASY TO USE AND THE SERVICE 1ST CLASS. ONLY THING I WOULD HAVE LIKED WOULD BE PICTURES OF ITEMS AND FITTINGS, APART FROM THAT NO FURTHER ACTION NEEDED.

I found the service excellent ordering at 2pm and having delivery for 9am the next day, especially as we required the thermocouple urgently, the only thing i would suggest is if the items could have had a picture also just make sure it looks the same because I found with my searches that my particular item varied a great deal for the same model fire and it would help tremendously to be confident of ordering the correct item.

Excellent update system kept us informed as our items progressed towards delivery which was exactly as per quoted date prior to order.
