We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. Lovely company to deal with, although the item went astray, the staff kept me up to date with progress without me having to chase it myself. Item just what i needed, a replacement divert-er saved me having to replace an expensive tap and pay a plumber. would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.
