Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. My order arrived next day which was great. But the item had to be signed for. I fortunately returned home otherwise I would not of received it. I was not given a tracking number so I had no idea when the order would arrive. Also on the website it asks where to leave the order, but this is useless as the delivery driver needs the items to be signed for. The logistics need some serious attention if your going to charge high costs for delivery.
