I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. I was happy with the service. The mirror was well packed and arrived safely. The only quibble might be the delivery period. It took some time from order to receipt. Having said that, it did arrive on the day you said it would so it's a minor complaint
