I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. My order was completed in good time, the website was easy to navigate and I was kept informed all the way through from order, dispatch and estimated delivery. My only comment would be that the items were just in a clear bag, and not boxed, which considering it contained some fairly delicate filters, this surprised me somewhat.
