Hi let me say that My Tub and a first class service. My fire part which I ordered was no longer available. My Tub e-mail as they had found a replacement part. I phoned the customer service to have the replacement part this part was actually cheaper than the original one. As we use our own distribution the goods are carried from the store to the van to your home, theres no need for any packing the goods are handled with care.
