I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. I took the Thu off and it did not arrive. It also did not arrive on the Friday luckily I was home!!!. When I called I was told there was a problem with the drivers hours and I would get it on the Monday but at any time up to 1800. As I had a plumber arriving first thing Monday this was no good. I elected to collect it from Yeovil at my cost and time. So a whole day off plus a couple of hours and diesel money wasted. Free delivery on orders over £25.00 should not mean second rate delivery especially when it ends up costing the customer. Companies who use the internet as the main portal for business must get the

Excellent service! Fixing brackets were missing on delivery but the delivery driver found them in his van and came back on SUNDAY. The sink was received in perfect condition which was a surprise as there was virtually no packaging.

We ordered a toilet seat which we believe is now discontinued, with my tub.co.uk and although it took some time before delivery they kept me informed at all times and the order arrived as promised. Ordered pebbles & matrix for gas fireplace on a Sunday evening. Everything arrived on Wednesday early afternoon. Totally transformed my fireplace. Well pleased with service & product. Have another fireplace to sort out will use mytub again.
