Your service was very good and friendly, my only problem was finding you in the first place! The Johnson Controls network was almost impossible to work through as I did not know the part numbers of the replacement parts for my old Penn range items.
Also the name "Mytub" did not at first register in my mind as a supplier of JC parts.
However, having found you I shall be pleased to use your company for my future needs!

Everything was eventually delivered. there was confusion as the I didnt put in the comments section to deliver to me. as I listed the office address, it wasnt clear that the parts were for the officelight commercial rather than personaldomestic use.

Ordered a Roca bath & legset using the website which was very easy to use. Received lots of email confirmation and delivery information which was excellent. Used the on-line chat to see if we could arrange an afternoon delivery which was immediatly responded too by Debs and delivery was arranged as requested all very promptly. Ordered my toilet cistern lid through my tub as they had by good reviews. Even though it took a couple of weeks to arrive due to out of stock their customer service was excellent and my order status was well informed so I know when it will be ordered. I was even able to change my order date! Would recommend to use them.
