I placed an on line order for replacement parts for my 5 year old boiler. The process was very simple and efficient. My Tub kept me well informed as the order was processed and dispatched including notice of the day of delivery. I can recommend this company.

The price was good but the service was some of the worst I have had shopping on line. One broken promise after another. If I had not progressed the order by phone I would probably still be waiting!
You need to get your act together, I will never use Mytub again.

No excuses, all I can see looking at the order is we chased this up with the
manufacture a lot. We gave up & got in from another branch which meant it
had to go through several sets of hands.

I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. delivery driver said we would of had our order on friday but someone had put the wrong postcode on the parcel eg 5dp instead of 5dq so they couldnt find us.
