On ordering I was given an estimated delivery date and the day before delivery an email arrived confirming the delivery - this is a great service. Good experience and very good personal service from Rachel re delivery date which was given as 12th and she has managed it for 8th, however many sites offer next day delivery and I would probably in future shop elsewhere as the wait is quite long and we need product now.
