I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. All was fine - bit of a nuisance having to go and pick it up from Bristol Parts but very luckily they were not too far from me - and anyway I can understand and approve of the reasoning behind it.

I am happy with the product, but when it was first delivered the delivery company put a card through the door to say they tried to deliver the parcel, I did ask that if nobody was in then please leave in the garage, this was not put on the parcel, I went and picked it up to make sure the we did receive it.

Ive placed two orders with my tub now. On both occasions my tub delivered exactly what was ordered, for one of the best or the best prices available, and to the delivery date. They also seemed to take onboard instructions such as "please dont deliver during school run times".
Dont really know what more you could ask.
