I cannot comment on the basin itself, as the plumber still has to fit. The delivery was exceptional. I missed the van in the morning but the driver put a personal note through the door with his phone number which I called, and he delivered on the way back to the depot. That is terrific service. MyTub was very helpful with my order, after the replacement item I needed turned out to be discontinued. Christine was helpful in liaising with the manufacturer to identify a suitable alternative that would work in my bathroom without drilling more holes in the tiles. Ordered an item (3 way inlet valve) for my washing machine on 22/4/2011 and did not receive the item until 10/06/2011.Although Jeanette kept me informed and always emailed back, I received a faulty/broken item twice (packaging was not very good). Wasting money on the laundrette I finally arranged myself to collect the item from the local parts center. Meanwhile the washing machine motor had rusted and when fitted the item the washing machine was broken. In the end I bought a new washing machine and my advise is to go to your local parts center rather than going through this website. VERY DISAPPOINTING! ...maria cox
