I was out when the first delivery was made and no note was left so there was a delay before I called and discovered what had happened. I was happy with the service. The mirror was well packed and arrived safely. The only quibble might be the delivery period. It took some time from order to receipt. Having said that, it did arrive on the day you said it would so it's a minor complaint
