The MyTub website was easy to use, I found the items I was looking for very easily, and the whole process right through to paying for my goods was very simple. My order was delivered on exactly the day they said it would and the tracking / email updates were very reassuring. Would recommend MyTub 100%. John.

Your price for the part I was seeking was the lowest, and although your supplier initially sent the wrong item, your persistence in getting them to rectify their mistake was outstanding. Placed the order and was contacted by a very helpful chap at MyTubs to say that the part I ordered was obsolete but that they had one to send me. He range back to check that I had ordered the part from the pt number and not by the picture as there is another almost identical. Really chuffed with the customer service. Would recommend.

The boiler flue part I ordered from mytub arrived by courier on the promised day and time. However, when I opened the box on the evening I found the part was damaged. As I had not checked the part when it was delivered I was expecting a lot of hassle to get it changed. However, how wrong can you be After just one e-mail to notify mytub of the damage they quickly resolved the issue by delivering a replacement part to me and arranging for the courier to pick up the damaged part, and all this on the day before a bank holiday weekend! Due to their brilliant after sales service and good prices I will use this company for all my future plumbing needs. Companies who treat their customers like this deserve to succeed. Give them a try, Im sure you wont be disappointed.
