First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. Price of product great. Price of postage excessive. Something tells me you are using the postage costs to supplement the cost of the product!

The service is slow! When I order something on the internet postage is normaly under 3 days, but your orders take at least 2 weeks.

In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper.
