From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. Product purchased was Showerlux Showerclean. Arrived as ordered. Communications were good. Was advised of a delay in delivery from original given date but was then was delivered on original date after all. Slight confusion but no complaints. Would use again !

Very pleased with order and processing. Customer services very helpful and answered calls and emails promptly. However, the courier service was appalling - not the fault of MyTub. They could not find my house and did not even call me to ask for directions. Consequently, package was returned to sender, causing a weeks delay before I eventually received it.

Quite a long delivery time, but item actually arrived ahead of schedule- courier phoned first to make sure that was ok. A very easy transaction and I was pleased to find the item I wanted after much searching. Would definitely use you again.
