Mytub communications were excellent. I have found in the past a good company is one that when there is a problem with goods or service they deal with it ASAP rather than making numerous excuses. I did have a problem with the order, which was no fault of Mytub, my emails were answered very quickly and politely. Im happy with the service from My Tub. The team was very helpful in finding an alternative item for me when my original order counldnt be completed.
The team sent pictures of the item to help me make a decision and processed a refund as the alternative was cheaper than my original order,
