The service is slow! When I order something on the internet postage is normaly under 3 days, but your orders take at least 2 weeks.

I had an excellent customer experience. When I phoned to find out if the target delivery date was as planned due to me not being available on that specific day, the customer service was very helpful and eventually it was arranged that I could receive delivery of the order on same day as I had I had phoned.
