The item I ordered was delivered on the day specified. I was kept informed every step of the way. As the item was a replacement part from a different manufacturer to the original part the electrical connections were in different places and as such I thought there could have been better wiring instructions supplied. Having said that I would definitely use this company in the future if the need arose.

We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. My order was fulfilled by Plumb Centre, Reading who not only failed to turn up on the agreed morning, but also sent the wrong sink their picking error - the paperwork sent to them was correct.
However, Jeannette sorted it all out for me and managed the situiation through to a satisfactory conclusion.
Well Done !
As such, I would have no problem ordering from MyTub again.

Very responsive service. My only criticism is that when I went to your agent to pick up the items, I was told that I could have saved several pounds (in fact the cost of the petrol for the journey plus some more) if I had ordered directly from them. A lesson for next time!

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler.
