Three weeks is a long time to wait, however communication was excellent helpful and responsive. We are happy with the product.

22 days from date of order was far longer than expected. Maybe you should indicate that goods are out of stockex stock at the point of order.

After ordering, I was kept upt0 date as it was processed and estimated delivery set. As this was finalised, I was given the actual delivery date the same and it was promptly delivered. The item was as described, undamaged, complete and the price was very good. I am a very happy customer because I shopped around and discovered a good supplier. MyTub kept me informed of the progress of my order at all times and although the order was not received by the estimated delivery date originally provided I felt that MyTub were genuine in their apologies and doing their best to expedite delivery.
