I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. When the wrong product was delivered apparently the fault of the manufacturer that dispatched it, Laurie did a good job in sorting things out. It was nice to have the personal service - definitely came across as a real business that cared, not a call center.
