Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! Only issue was the delivery time.....actually arrived this morning, but that was after I had chased you a couple of times and we were told it would be delivered Monday, and then yesterday late p.m. Would rather know if things are going to be delayed.
