I only bought a replacement cistern lever for my Tiffany Suite but I was impressed with the level of service I got. Order completed, very satisfied. I was able to obtain information promptly and updates were fine but I had to prompt to asscertan that the expected delivery was infact to be the actual, the day before delivery was due.
