Dear SirMadam, I found your website very clear and easy to use and when I found the part I needed ordering and payment was quick and easy. The heating elements i ordered unfortunately took 10 days more than the 3 weeks delivery promised and that was at a critical time due to the cold weather period in the New Year. But I was pleased with the price and the assistance when I rang was helpful.
