Apart from the very late delivery, which I know was beyond My Tubs control thanks UK Mail, I know it’s a busy time of year but “Next Day” delivery was a full two days late otherwise My Tubs regular communications with me and chasing UK Mail to deliver before Christmas, were spot on. We ordered three aeration tubes for our gas fire. When they arrived one of them was damaged so we contacted the supplier to explain.
