Barring some slight confusion over a late item which turned out to be delivered on time ! my experience was very positive. Everything arrived when I needed it in the end, and the prices were very reasonable. While offering best value for this product, which is why I purchased, BUT delivery time of eight working days from order is simply too long for a business user. I will have to consider this delivery delay if ordering again.

First time I have used mytub and not a good start.
Was informed Item would be delivered on 2nd Nov, item not received on 2nd or 3rd and after a phone call by me was delivered on the 4th

Sorry for the delay, we confirm the delivery with the branch the day or two before it is to be delivered to you. If the branch say it is to be delivered we have no knowledge of that action not taking place, till you inform us.
Sorry for any inconvenience, I can assure you whilst errors are impossible to eradicate 99% of deliveries take place without a hitch.
