I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. You might widen your delivery options. Small parcels like mine could be delivered at a price of less than £3, especially if there is no rush.

Very responsive service. My only criticism is that when I went to your agent to pick up the items, I was told that I could have saved several pounds (in fact the cost of the petrol for the journey plus some more) if I had ordered directly from them. A lesson for next time!
