service was excellent and speedy however charging £14 delivery for a £4.44 part is a bit to much . if it was me to make it an excellent transaction i would of placed in an envelope and posted it

The part was sent very quickly and was well packaged. Unfortunately no fault of my tub, I ordered the wrong part by accident. Lets hope they take it back.

The price and service were good, though the dealy from placing the order to delivery was rather long (several weeks). In practice it didn't matter in this case, but normally I woudl not have wanted to wait so long.

I had a really great experience with MyTub and would definitely recommend. I wanted a plinth heater and accessories but was struggling to find the particular model I wanted anywhere and the one place I did find it, it was at a hugely inflated price. Im so pleased I found MyTub. I gave them a call and after holding for a short time theyd sourced my product and said they could provide it at a much more competitive price than Id found elsewhere. I would highly recommend buying from this site. I bought a spare oven part and it arrived in 2 days with all fittings, instructions and metal bars already glued on. Great service and would definately use again
