I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. This is almost unheard of with online shopping, so thank you very much. I will definitely come back again.

Placing the order was simple enough and the item was well priced.
What I found most disappointing though, was the absolutely crap service provided by your designated supplier and the fact it took three attempts to get it delivered, in this case, Plumb Centre, Poole.
As a result and given that you are not supplying direct, its somewhat doubtful that Id use your services again.
