I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. Hi. Just to confirm that I received my order on Friday 24 October 2014. The only comment that I would want to make is that I expected confirmation that the delivery date of 24 October was to be the actual date. However, I had to phone to find out that this was the case.

Thank you, I have now recieved the complete order, I was relieved that you did a price match after not confirming that your package was not originally complete, even after I specifically asked whether the condenser was included !
Both deliveries came before the delivery date causing my sick wife to get out of bed to let the delivery man dump the parcels just inside the door, she would not have been able to move them if there had been a fire.

Nice product, cracking price. Only slight complaint is that it took nearly a week to be given a delivery date. Would recommend though.

As this item is made to order from the manufacture, there is no stock kept anywhere and we were unfortunately in the hands of the manufacture to give an accurate lead time.
