Firstly, my item was very good value. Secondly, MyTubs customer service was excellent - they kept in constant correspondence, letting me know about my order, its progress and keeping me updated about delivery.

Ordering was good but the delivery took 20 days due to carrier probs and poor packaging resulting in damage. All sorted out and communication was good.

This was very good service and price. I think my tub order the part when the money is received and so the time to delivery is longer than if the items were being kept in stock. However communication via the website was good.
