We have a distribution
network of over 755 centers through out the UK. You’re
possibly less than 5 miles away from one of the 755
them. If you do not wish to use our delivery service
you are welcome to collect your item from your local
depot, should you wish to do so.
Should you wish to collect simply use the note box
provided during the checkout process to state you wish
to collect. You will be given the address to collect
from once the order has been placed with the correct
depot.
Please bear in mind as we deliver to you as soon as
we have your item in stock, self collection will only
quicken your delivery time one to two days. |

I bought a Riello R40 G10 burner from MyTub about a year ago as retrofit for a 30 year old oil boiler which was in otherwise good condition. I had an excellent customer experience. When I phoned to find out if the target delivery date was as planned due to me not being available on that specific day, the customer service was very helpful and eventually it was arranged that I could receive delivery of the order on same day as I had I had phoned.
