Excellent service in terms of updates on the expected delivery date to the store where I picked up the item. The lead time was a bit longer than I might of hoped but I was warned of that as soon as the order was placed and so not a great problem. I was without a working fridge for about a week while waiting for a part ordered from another supplier. Eventually found out that the part was out of stock.
