Christine was helpful in liaising with the manufacturer to identify a suitable alternative that would work in my bathroom without drilling more holes in the tiles. Fantastic service! I needed a part for a boiler and the website search allowed me to find it very quickly - it seemed quite rare on other sites. Not only that but the price was excellent and free delivery included! I tried to phone the order in but was told the site was down but to email for a delivery estimate and then order online. I noted the urgency since it was January and that I have a young family. The part arrived within 24 hours and the boiler was fired up and working properly within 25!

Order was placed two weeks ago. Never heard a word. Emailed to find out
what was happening. Recieved "notification of update to order status". Log
in to find it will be another two weeks. No explanation or apology. How do
I know if it will not change again? They are drinking fountain parts for a
kids school and are needed ASAP.
