I own the world’s most expensive bathtub, The Kallistas Archeo Copper Bathtub

world's most expensive bath tub

world’s most expensive bath tub

Looking at the picture alone, you can tell it is very expensive and well made. This beauty of a tub is totally made out of solid copper, the tub is hand-crafted by the very people who refurbished Lady Liberty’s torch. The tub is over five feet long and two-and-a-half feet wide, the tub is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate just about anyone. But probably not a basketball player.  The fluted faucet and hand-held shower unit are designed with the same aesthetic quality as the rest of the tub, featuring a finely engraved starfish-on-seashell knob. The extravagantly made tub easily takes its place as the world’s most expensive bathtub starting from £43889.56 .

Selling your house? Redesigning your bathroom increases its value

Ok, so you are selling or considering selling your house and you do not want it ti go for a cheap price, you have to increase its worth by redesigning some parts of your house, either by removing personal  stuff and replacing it with a “safer” look or repositioning somethings like the sofa, table or changing the carpet. What people overlook is the bathroom.  When people come to view the property, the bathroom is probably the last place in the property that they see and you want to leave a lasting impression on them. Although there might be some problems like how big the bathroom is, what you definitely need to look out for is  showing them quality. A spacious bathroom without quality doesn’t really do much, atleast for me. Quality doesn’t neccessary need to be expensive and we have got hot deals on at the moment.
