Electrastream Solar boilers are being installed in the 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom houses. The Electrastream Solar harnesses the sun%u2019s power to heat your hot water, providing electric back-up if required.

The GAH standard Electrastream boiler has been installed into the 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. This is a cost-effective solution for smaller dwellings using only water and electric economy tariff services.

We are installing Daikin air source heat pumps to the community housing homes. The running costs of heat pumps are significantly lower than conventional heating systems – up to 70% of heat can be generated for free using natural resources.
