The Langham House
This was the main motivation for Steve Dench and Claire, who approached Euphoria to be a part of one of Visionary Architect’s latest projects, the Langham House, for which Steve is also the architect.

Installation
Space was limited, leaving us with the choice of either the J-325 Unique or the J-315 to fit in the designated area. We went with the J-325, as it allows for four people to enjoy the spa without compromising on space. It also includes a hydro massage pump with15 jets.
The spa being located in the basement made the delivery challenging. We had to lower the spa sideways down a skylight by securing the straps to the tow bar of a 4WD truck. From there on, it had to be lowered into the pit. It was well worth the effort though! A few months later, once the glass, tiling and drainage had been completed, we returned to commission the spa in the luxurious wet room, located next to the home gym.
The result? A delighted client with a beautiful setting to rejuvenate in. We will continue to maintain the spa for them, as well as have the honor of being their preferred supplier for future projects.
