Dornbracht is the latest major player to join the Kitchen + Bathroom district at May Design Series, which takes place at London’s ExCeL next month.
The family run German business will be bringing a selection of its most innovative and forward thinking designs to the show, and plans to spotlight some of its most recent products in front of an audience of UK and international buyers.
Among the designs on show will be the newly refined MEM series, comprising taps, basins and shower fittings. Whilst the MEM collection has proved extremely popular since it was launched in 2003, the collection on display at May Design Series will be available in the new Cyprum finish, a rose-gold hue designed to celebrate the growing copper colour trend in bathroom interiors.
The finish is produced from 18-carat gold and copper, giving it a high shine finish. The form of the MEM range has also been subtly refined, allowing for a number of new combination possibilities in terms of outlet points and control elements, which can be taken from other Dornbracht collections.
Also on display will be Dornbracht’s Foot Bath, a scenario-adaptable unit for foot bathing. The unit has two pre-programmed settings that seek to deliver a luxurious experience: RELAX, which gradually raises the water level and temperature, and VITALISE, designed to enliven the reflex zones with four water jets, and simulate circulation with alternating temperatures. Foot Bath is ideal for those looking to add a touch of opulence to the bathroom space.
Dornbracht will be displaying products from Alape, part of the Dornbracht group, on its stand in the Kitchen + Bathroom district. One collection on show will be a range of sit-on, built-in and freestanding basins made from the manufacturer’s signature 3mm glassed steel. The basins are adaptable in dimension and configuration, making them ideal for commercial spas, hotels and interiors.
Alape will also be showcasing its Asystem Init modular system, which allows the integration of selected built-in, under mount, sit-on and dish basins in a range of different furniture elements.
