Bauformat showcased a selection of new kitchen styles at LivingKitchen 2015.
New York (seen here) took centre stage at the show; a new range on display in a mix of arctic white and moonlight grey lacquer.
New features included new glass cabinetry options, 8mm back panels for improved rigidity on tall units coupled with open shelving for easy access and storage.
Bauformat’s 2015 collection features over 65 new door fronts, offering retailers a total of 300 door choices. Bodie Kelay, UK managing director summarised the trends from the show as:
“understated modern elegance is a key trend; with consumers increasingly looking for timeless furniture that seamlessly flows through the kitchen and living space.
“Inclusive design will continue to play a key role in shaping how manufacturers develop and designers view kitchen design. With the ageing population ergonomics is essential and we envisage that will drive growth for technology led interior storage, wall hung cabinetry and open shelving to ensure easy access whilst maximising valuable space”.
