I ordered a Twyford Barbican basin from mytub because I love this piece and I could not find it here in France. Mytub was the only company on the web to take international orders so the choice was made. In a matter of ten days my twyford basin had arrived, in perfect condition because it was packaged extremely well in bubblewrap and wood casing. These guys are real pros, they also kept me informed with updates to my order pretty much everyday... Received geberit concealed cistern within 5 days, tried to fit Saturday and found part missing. Had to wait till Monday to advise of this missing part. I was told to leave it with customer services and they would get back to me. In the meantime I spoke to the manufacturer and received the part next day. Four days past not a word from My Tub. Well done Geberit not so well done my tub, just a call to say what was happening might have helped...
