Good initial customer service after placing my order online. I had duplicated an item on my initial order so customer services rang to alert me and amended the order to correct the required quantity. Lead in times were quite lengthy 4 weeks for my order so I had to ring MyTub on the day prior to the expected delivery date to get an update, delivery was then arranged for a date convenient for myself. The parts for my Ideal Standard lavatory were delivered as promised. I was kept informed as the order progressed, so cannot fault your delivery system. The parts proved difficult to fit new hinges for a Space toilet seat as Ideal Standard, in their wisdom, changed the seat design and although my toilet was delivered well after the change, it was still the old model. However, with a bit of cutting and fiddling, I got it to fit. So I cant complain at all about MyTub, but am very unhappy with Ideal Standard and wont be buying their products in future. The hinge should never have failed in the first place...
