Was disappointed as did not realise when ordered that glass door for oven would take 15 days, and was not told that would have to drive to a parts centre (14 mile round trip) to collect it. The staff were polite and answered email promptly, however gave name of the retail park where to go for collection but not the name of the Parts Company. Fortunately I had asked in a previous email for the telephone number, so was able to ring the number and ask them who they were and where to go in the retail park. The item is what was ordered and cheaper than elsewhere, so would order again from MuTub, but would want to know how long is the wait before ordering, especially for an urgently needed part. Thank you...

I am fairly happy with your service but wonder why you CONFIRMED DELIVERY as 26th September, but it did not arrive until the 27th Driver had papers with 26th crossed out & replaced with 27th BUT NOBODY LET ME KNOW! ------------- ----------------- Good afternoon, We are sorry about this. We had confirmed the original date with the delivering branch but the driver could not physically finish his round, hence delivery the following day. We were not informed about the delay.
