Hi, Items were delivered in good time, however one point I would like to make is that the 3m length of chrome plated copper tube was in fact 2x 1.5m lengths. For me, this is fine as the tube is intended to be cut into 3 pieces for supplying a chrome towel rail and supply into a shower, however for someone else this could have affected their installation. Can you identify this some how withinthe detail on your website or even sell it in 1.5m lengths instead of 1x 3m length Otherwise, everything was as expected. Thanks,...

I ordered some coals for a gas fire which included delivery, but due to the delicate nature of the coals you would not deliver I dont know why you show something on you web site that you cannot deliver. You then had to re credit me for the delivery cost. The item was then sent to another distributer which I had to collect from. All this took me numerous phone calls and over a weeks wait I would have been better going straight to the local distributer....
