My tub were quick and efficient at processing my order also Were very good at keeping me informed of the status of the Order The only thing I felt a little misleading on the Internet Was they put in big bold type the price of one carbon brush As the price I thought was a pair as you usually buy brushes In pairs, so I had to pay more postage and ring for the other Brush. Was disappointed as did not realise when ordered that glass door for oven would take 15 days, and was not told that would have to drive to a parts centre (14 mile round trip) to collect it. The staff were polite and answered email promptly, however gave name of the retail park where to go for collection but not the name of the Parts Company. Fortunately I had asked in a previous email for the telephone number, so was able to ring the number and ask them who they were and where to go in the retail park. The item is what was ordered and cheaper than elsewhere, so would order again from MuTub, but would want to know how long is the wait before ordering, especially for an urgently needed part. It all worked as it should have done, and I received the kit on 28 March, having placed the order on 21 March. That was quite satisfactory, but when I placed the order there was no information about delivery time, or availability. I had to make a phone call to get this information, which I dont think I should have had to . Not quite as slick as some sites.
