The purchase process was easy and delivery was quick so I would definitely order from my MyTub again. The product I ordered is a Dudley Tri Shell cistern. The cistern itself is good and strong so perfect for the install I had in mind. A couple of issues I have found with the product. The Dudley flush valve sits nicely in the middle of the cistern. The inlet valve and ball cock arm foul on the side of the flush valve as the inlet position on the cistern is more central and the ball cock arm is straight. It should be cranked a little to avoid this problem. I have managed to get it to work although the ballcock arm remains in contact with the side of the flush valve body during flushing and filling so not perfect by any means. I ordered a Twyford Barbican basin from mytub because I love this piece and I could not find it here in France. Mytub was the only company on the web to take international orders so the choice was made. In a matter of ten days my twyford basin had arrived, in perfect condition because it was packaged extremely well in bubblewrap and wood casing. These guys are real pros, they also kept me informed with updates to my order pretty much everyday...
